Direct central subsidy for small households consuming up to 150 units/month.
Direct central subsidy for medium households consuming 150–250 units/month.
Maximum residential subsidy for 3 kW, 4 kW, 5 kW, and larger domestic systems.
In West Bengal, eligible Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) domestic electricity consumers qualify for additional State Government departmental subsidies and special tribal welfare solar grants in addition to the Central PM Surya Ghar ₹78,000 DBT.
Register on the National Portal (pmsuryaghar.gov.in) by selecting West Bengal • WBSEDCL and entering your 9-digit Consumer ID.
