1. Equipment Warranties

• Solar PV Modules: 10 to 12 years product manufacturing warranty, and 25 years linear power output warranty provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
• Solar Inverters: 5 to 10 years standard manufacturer warranty against internal component defects.
• Mounting Structures: 10 years structural warranty against manufacturing defects and rust perforation on hot-dip galvanized coating under normal environmental conditions.

2. Commissioning & Handover

No project is considered closed without formal testing and handover documentation. The customer receives manufacturer warranty cards, inverter serial numbers, test certificates, and a demonstration of system operation and emergency shutdown procedures.

3. Exclusions & Voidance

Warranties do not cover damage caused by unauthorized third-party electrical modifications, physical vandalism, natural force majeure exceeding design limits (earthquakes, war), or failure to maintain minimum periodic panel washing.
