1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and utilizing our solar calculator or booking forms, you agree to these Terms of Service. M.T. Solar by MTC is a business unit of M. T. Construction, operating under the laws of the State of West Bengal, India.

2. Nature of Calculator Estimates

All values generated by the online Solar Savings Calculator—including capacity recommendations, estimated generation units, savings amounts, and payback years—are indicative engineering estimates based on standard irradiance models and prevailing WBSEDCL tariffs. Final system sizing is subject to on-site physical survey and shadow analysis.

3. Quotations & Contracts

No online submission constitutes a binding contract until a formalized physical or digital project agreement, itemized bill of materials (BOM), and commercial scope of work are duly executed between the client and M. T. Construction.

4. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or service agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in South 24 Parganas / Alipore / Diamond Harbour, West Bengal.
