Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Site Survey Cancellations

Initial feasibility consultations and rooftop survey appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time without any financial penalty or fee.

2. Order Cancellation Before Material Dispatch

If a client cancels an order after contract execution but before materials (solar panels, inverters, structures) are dispatched from the warehouse or manufacturer, advance payments will be refunded after deducting documented administrative expenses incurred (e.g. non-refundable WBSEDCL portal filing fees).

3. Post-Delivery & Installation

Once custom hot-dip galvanized mounting structures and electrical hardware have been delivered and installed on the client's rooftop, the order cannot be cancelled or returned, except in case of substantiated equipment manufacturing failure covered under OEM warranty.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via bank NEFT/RTGS transfer within 7 to 10 business days directly to the originating bank account.
